Alan's Weekend Weather- 08/12/11

Well, I predicted 85 or 86 yesterday and it just about reached that number with one exception- Atlantic City reached 87. What was a surprise about yesterday was that there was a sea breeze that popped up in the early afternoon because the west wind just about died. I thought it would hold it off, but that was not the case as it was in the 70s at the beaches yesterday afternoon.

We've got some great weather for today and tomorrow, but not for Sunday. Here are the details.

Lots of sunshine today with low humidity once again and highs in the mid to upper 80s, but cooler at the beaches, probably upper 70s or low 80s at best there this afternoon.

Still clear tonight with temps back in the 60s with some 50s in the coolest spots.

And a mostly sunny day again on Saturday. A beautiful day well into the 80s with humidity not bad at all. It's going to be low to moderate, but cooler near the ocean.

It looks as though this storm system is slow and moving. It looks like rain and showers are likely for Sunday, and that may last into early next week, at least Monday. So, we may get some beneficial rains out of the system that's coming in for Sunday and Monday.
