Alan's Weekend Weather - 09/30/11

We'll start with sunshine today and then see some developing clouds later this morning. If not then, during the afternoon. During the afternoon hours, there's the chance a few showers or sprinkles may pop up with highs in the upper 70s to near 80, but cooler along the coast with a sea breeze.

Now, some showers may move through during the night ahead. Friday night lows in the chillier 50s, but maybe 60 or so in the far south coast.

More clouds and sun for Saturday with still the chance of a few showers at any time with highs from just 58 to 63. Whether or not you can get in a golf game or any outdoor activities tomorrow remains to be seen. Certainly it's a possibility, but you have to include the chance of a few showers anytime tomorrow.

Sunday, we'll have clouds and some sun with still the risk of a few showers, at least in parts of the state. Sunday's highs may only be in 50s, but near 60 or so at best.

We have two tropical weather systems, Felipe, which is hanging on, but Ophelia is becoming a very strong hurricane. It may pass over Bermuda in the next day or two before it heads out into the North Atlantic.
